8. School Safety Audit update for DAR - Spring Semester (Surveys, Interviews, safety walk, report to the board)

10. Active Defender Panic Button Pros Update – 1 additional hub to be installed
11. Add Bleeding Control Kit to Ag Classroom
12. Visitors Signs Installed at all 3 Campuses
13. Safe Gun Storage- sent out twice ;will send out again
14. Tabletop Exercise at HCSD in December
15. Threats Are No Joke Training with 4^th – 12^th graders
16. All door numbers have been corrected per TEA guidelines
17. Radio checks conducted monthly and use walkie talkies during drills
18. Test lockdown buttons and additional safety measures this spring
19. Seatbelt Survey submitted to TEA
20. TxSSC Reunification Online Training
21. Upcoming TxSSC Reunification Tabletop Exercise
22. School Safety Leadership Meeting at Region 7
