Report Card Definitions

2022-2023 Federal Report Card Cross Roads Elementary

Individual registration appointments will be set up beginning the week of  April 29^th to complete the registration process. 

Only ONE adult (no children) should come to your scheduled appointment time to complete the registration process. You will need to bring the following documents to your appointment: 

• Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card
• Proof of Residence (lease agreement or mortgage statement or utility bill)
• Shot Record
• Photo ID for parent or guardian enrolling student
• Most recent tax return or W-2s for all adults in the household (Head Start / PRE-K ONLY)
